How do I Place an order ?
Please kindly select “Place An Order “ on our site or message us through Instagram or Facebook. Grazing meadows can be ordered with 48 hours notice with full payment due upon placing the order. Orders of grazing cups(10 minimum)larger orders and charcuterie bar rental require 72 hours notice with 50% deposit due when placing the order and final payment due a day prior to delivery.
What form of payments do you take?
We currently take venmo: cheeseondeck
Do you do deliveries ?
We currently offer delivery for a minimum of 10 grazing cups, medium and large grazing meadows free of charge within a 15 mile radius of 78745 . Anything further will be subject to an additional fee. Rush requests may be accommodated subject to availability.
How many people can be served with your charcuterie bar ?
Our charcuterie bar can serve 50 people per hour on average. An additional attendant can be added to supplement larger events.
Do you offer different selections ?
Cheese on Deck will offer a rotating menu to ensure customer satisfaction with the best seasonal products. Special requests are subject to availability.
Do you offer gluten free or Vegan alternatives?
We offer gluten free and Vegan choices.
How long are your products good for ?
For maximum freshness we recommend you enjoy your grazing cups or meadows within 4 hours at room temperature, or refrigerate them until you are ready to enjoy them.
Can I cancel my order ?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. In case of an emergency or last-minute cancellation, your order may be partially refunded, however deposits are non refundable. if event is canceled due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule at a mutual time.
Please refrigerate items until ready for consumption. Any food left at room temperature for longer than 2 hours should not be refrigerated again. Consumption of our products is allowed for up to 4 hours at room temperature, any time longer than that our items will need to be discarded.All products may contain nuts/ or are prepared in a nut friendly kitchen .
